Amy Lin Meyerson is a sole practitioner in Weston, Connecticut. She practices in the area of domestic
corporate law, concentrating in formation and growth of emerging businesses, mergers and acquisitions,
executive compensation, employment law, corporate finance, intellectual property protection and
development, computer law and venture capital.

and other high-technology businesses (public and private) with a corporate boutique in Stamford, CT.  Prior
to working in Stamford, Amy practiced corporate law, computer law, telecommunications (regulatory and
transactional) law and commercial law on behalf of information technology companies in Atlanta, GA and
drafted and negotiated interconnection, collocation, custom service, billing and global virtual private network
agreements.  She also has worked in the Corporate Practice Group of a large global law firm in New York City
and clerked for a U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge in Hartford, CT.
